Providing Resources to New Graduate Students

Many new graduate students, particularly international students, arrive at JMU ready for classes but unfamiliar with the campus or surrounding community. Not knowing things like where to get groceries or how to find the IT help desk can make it difficult to settle in and focus on academics. Your gift today will help us develop a Resource Guide for graduate students that will help introduce the many resources available to them across campus and the surrounding community.

With features such as a campus map, bus routes and schedules, dining hall hours, and a listing of student support services, the Guide becomes a comprehensive tool aimed at orienting and introducing students to all that JMU has to offer.
